Day by Day

    Tuesday
    Dallas, Tel Aviv

    Today we will meet at Redmond International airport for our connecting flights to Tel Aviv via wide-body aircraft arriving the next day. Meals served on board.

    Wednesday
    Tel Aviv, Tiberias

    Arrive in TEL AVIV - transfer to our HOTEL ON THE SEA OF GALILEE

    Thursday
    Sea of Galilee, Capernaum, Magdala

    We will begin the day with a journey to Caesarea Philippi and experience Peter’s confession to Jesus, “Thou art the Christ the son of the living God.” And then will continue our journey with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, continuing to the Mt. of Beatitudes where Jesus gave the sermon on the Mount. We will proceed to Peter Primacy and celebrate the feeding of the 5000 and then our last stop will be Magdala home of Mary Magdala. We will also experience St. Peter’s fish lunch on the Sea of Galilee.

    Friday
    Cana, Nazareth, Jordan River

    Today we travel to Cana where Jesus preformed His first miracle. Continue through the mountains to Nazareth where Jesus grew to manhood, continuing to Mt. Carmel where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. We will then proceed to Bet Shean at the foot of Mt. Gilboa where Saul was slain, our last stop will be the Jordan River where we will have a Baptism Service.

    Saturday
    Megiddo, Caesarea, Bethlehem, SHepherd's Field

    We will journey to Megiddo and view the Jezreel Valley where the Battle of Armageddon will take place. From there we drive south to Caesarea, here Peter brought the Gospel to Cornelius and Paul was imprisoned before going to Rome. Next, we will make our way to Bethlehem with a visit to the Shepherd’s fields and the Church of the Nativity.

    Sunday
    Masada, Qumran, Ein Gedi, Dead Sea

    Today we will depart Jerusalem on our way to Masada. It was on Masada that the Zealots held out against the Romans and committed suicide rather than being enslaved by them. From there we will go to Ein Gedi, Jericho, Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. We will end our day at the Dead Sea.

    Mt. of Olives, Western Wall Tunnel, Southern Steps

    MT OF OLIVES, GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE, UPPER ROOM, PETER GALLICANTU, ENTER THE OLD CITY AT THE ZION GATE, LUNCH IN OLD CITY FOOD COURT, WESTERN WALL, SOUTHERN STEPS, WESTERN WALL TUNNEL, ANTONIO FORTRESS, BETHESDA.

    Thursday
    Jerusalem, Tel Aviv

    We transfer to the Ben Gurion airport for our flight home with unforgettable memories to cherish always. Knowing we have walked in the footsteps of Jesus and the early Christians on such a memorable tour will bring new meaning to our Bible reading.

    Tuesday
    Qumran, Timna Park

    Today we will depart Jerusalem on our way to the desert of Israel. We will visit Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found followed by Ein Gedi on the way to Masada where the Jewish zealots committed suicide rather than being enslaved by the Romans. We continue to Timna Park where we see the replica of the Tabernacle. We will end our day at our hotel in Eilat.

    Wednesday
    Eilat, Romon Crater, Beersheba

    This morning we will visit the marina and the visit the underwater observatory. We leave Eilat and our next stop is Mizpah then at the Romon Crater. Continue through the Negev, where Bedouins live as they have done for thousands of years.

    This afternoon we continue on to Beersheba, ancient city of Judah, the southernmost area of our tour. Beersheba, a watering hole and trading post for thousands of years, is the center of desert traffic, being located on the edge of the vast Negev Desert. Here we catch a glimpse of Bedouin life. Then on to Netanya to check into our hotel for dinner and overnight.
